Testing Facilities

WHY TESTING?
Quality is an important measure of any type of product or material. Whether it be retail products or construction materials, it is important to assess their quality to see if they are fit for distribution. When it comes to construction materials, steel testing has become a standard procedure in the industry. Steel is designed to be durable, sustainable, and versatile, which is why it can be used to build a wide variety of construction projects. To ensure the steel is fit to be used in these projects, that have to be tested beforehand to check their quality.

Our Testing Facilities Includes

Spectro Lab:
Spectrometer is being used to Analysis Metal.
There is no compromise on quality as each steel wire roll passes through Spectro test before being used for production to ensure top-notch quality.

MECHANICAL LAB
TENSILE TESTING MACHINE - Tensile testing is an important materials test to select a specific material for an application, for quality control, and to predict how a material will react to varying forces.

Following test are being performed on TENSILE TESTING MACHINE :
a) Tensile Test
b) Yield Test
c) Elongation Test
d) Bend Test

IMPACT TESTING MACHINE

Impact tester are used to determine the impact toughness of the metals under load.

HARDNESS TESTING MACHINE

It is used to test the hardness of the material
Hardness testing enables us to evaluate a material’s properties, such as strength, ductility and wear resistance, and so helps us determine whether a material or material treatment is suitable for the production or not.

CHEMICAL TESTING
Chemical testing is conducted to determine the chemical composition of the weld metal of electrodes & Steel Wires, as well as raw materials.
