IDENTIFICATION FOR MASTER BOX OR DABBA :-
1) Ensure that master box or dabba is packed with red strap on which ess aar industries is mentioned
2) Ensure that hologram is placed on the right top corner of themaster box or dabba.
3) Ensure that manufacturing date, size, weight and batch no. Is mentioned on the master box or dabba.
4) Ensure that inner side of the master box or dabba has ess aar logo printed on it.
IDENTIFICATION OF SMALL BOX OR DABI :-
1) Ensure that small box or dabi is packed with holographic tape.
2) Ensure that manufacturing date, size, weight and batch no. Is mentioned on the small box or dabi.
3) Ensure that inner side of the small box or dabihas ess aar logo printed on it.
4) Ensure that quality bond e-6013 is mentioned on each rod.
DESCRIPTION :-
QUALITY BOND is an economical general purpose mild steel electrodes for all positions. This one is medium coated rutile type and all position electrode that has good welding capability. It is used where finishing is highly noted. This has following characteristics like low spatter, smooth arc and easy slag removal. It can be convienetly operated in al position including vertical up & vertical down deposit can be achieved of x-ray quality.
APPLICATION :-
Typical application include light Structural works, Storage tank, Machinery, Construction, Rail coaches & Wagon, Ships and for general repairs and maintenance.
